PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

Mucho Music is an internet only merchant. We do not accept personal callers under any circumstances. We can be contacted by email (click on “Contact Us” at the top of any page on our website) and we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.

We only accept payment by Paypal – no other type of payment will be acceptable or available.

Every order is validated by an email to the customer.

We ship to all countries in the world and have existing satisfied countries in all the continents. We always ship with insurance and with a tracking number which we send to customers as soon as their order ships.

You can use the Shipping Estimator to work out the shipping costs of any order. To do this add the items you wish to purchase to the “Cart” then go to “Checkout”. The Shipping Estimator can be found at the left foot of the Checkout. Fill in your country, region and zip / postal code then click on “estimate”.

We aim to ship orders out within 48 hours of receipt of the order and the payment but occasionally – as now in the Corvid-19 emergence – this period may be delayed.

Every shipment sent out is notified to the customer by email.
